INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION

  • ​​We’ll set up a short call to talk about what’s been going on and what you’re hoping for. I’ll answer your questions and you can decide if I’m the right therapist for you, your teen, or loved one

SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST SESSION

  • If it feels like a good fit, we’ll find a time for your first session. A link will be sent to your email with next steps to complete before your 1st session​. Together, we’ll begin mapping out your goals and what support looks like for you.​

GET TO WORK

  • Attend therapy sessions consistently.​​​ â€‹Your therapy sessions will be a collaborative space for insight, healing, and growth. You’ll start learning practical tools while understanding the deeper patterns that shape your relationship with food, body, and self.

ONGOING SUPPORT & GROWTH

  • Recovery isn’t linear, and that’s okay. We’ll continue working at your pace, adjusting along the way to support long-term healing and balance.
