VIRTUAL SERVICES

Finding the right kind of support

Every path through an eating disorder is different. Whether you are coming for yourself, your teen, or your family, there is a way to work together that fits where you are right now.

VIRTUAL CARE

Telehealth and Virtual Therapy

All services are available virtually for clients across California. Many clients find that the familiarity of their own space actually makes it easier to open up.

FOR ADULTS

Individual Therapy for Adults

Whether you are in the early stages of recognizing a problem, somewhere in the middle of recovery, or struggling after a long period of doing well, individual therapy offers consistent, dedicated support tailored to where you are right now.

We work at a depth and pace that feels right for you, addressing not just the eating disorder but the more complete picture of who you are and what you are carrying. Sessions are 45 minutes and are available via telehealth.

FOR TEENS

Individual Therapy for Teens (14+)

Adolescence is already a lot. Adding an eating disorder to that makes everything harder. Individual therapy for teens offers a confidential, nonjudgmental space to talk about what is really going on, not just with food, but with friendships, family, identity, and the pressure of growing up.

I work collaboratively with teens, and with their parents, to support recovery in a way that respects the young person's voice and builds their own sense of agency. Parents are never left out of the picture, but how and when they are involved is something we figure out together.

FOR FAMILIES

Family Therapy

Eating disorders affect the whole family, not just the person struggling. Family therapy brings everyone into the room to improve communication, reduce conflict around meals and behaviors, and strengthen the relationships that recovery depends on.

This is not about placing blame. It is about helping the whole family system shift so that healing becomes possible for everyone. I draw on Family Based Treatment principles, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, and Family Systems approaches depending on what fits your family best.

SESSION FREQUENCY

A consistent start matters

In the early stages of eating disorder treatment, meeting more frequently tends to make a real difference. Consistency in the beginning helps interrupt entrenched patterns before they reset, and research supports that steady early contact improves outcomes over the long term.

Frequency is always decided together, based on where you are clinically and what makes sense for you.
