No single approach works for everyone, which is why I draw from several evidence-based models to meet you where you are. My goal is to understand your unique story and use the methods that best support lasting change. Whether we’re exploring underlying patterns, building emotional regulation skills, or strengthening self-compassion, each approach we use will be tailored to your needs and goals.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy helps us look at how your past, especially early relationships and experiences, might be affecting your life today. Sometimes the ways we coped in the past no longer serve us. Together, we explore those patterns and work on replacing old habits with healthier ways to handle emotions and connect with others.

Attachment therapy is about understanding how we form trust and bonds with people. Many struggles come from feeling unsupported, neglected, or unsafe in relationships when we were younger. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is practical and solution-focused. It helps you spot negative thought patterns and see how they influence your feelings and behaviors. Together, we’ll work on shifting those thoughts and using real-world tools to cope better. CBT can be especially helpful for: - Anxiety and panic - Depression - Eating disorders - Compulsive habits or avoidance behavior

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
