I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, body image disorders, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, sexual assault, self-injury/self harm behaviors, and relationship issues. I currently provide individual and group psychotherapy to adults and adolescents in my private practice located in Beverly Hills, California. map

eating disorders specialist:
I have treated individuals with eating disorders and and other related body image issues for several years in outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospitalization settings. I utilize depth-oriented psychotherapy in combination with cognitive-behavioral techniques in order to address the various complexities of eating disorders. My approach addresses the underlying issues associated with the eating disorder behaviors in order to promote lasting change. I also work closely with other professionals as part of a treatment team for those clients with more severe symptoms.

I have additional expertise in the area of male eating disorders. An abstract of my doctoral dissertation, The Relationship between Adult Attachment and Eating Disturbances in Men, will be available soon for your review on this site.

trauma:
